DHB (Dihydroboldenone, or 1-testosterone) is an injectable anabolic steroid used by some bodybuilders for lean muscle gains and cutting cycles. It does not turn into estrogen, but it is famous for causing very bad pain after an injection and potential health risks.

It is a changed form of the steroid boldenone.
